Description

NewSpring Capital is looking for an entry-level Sales Enablement Analyst to provide dedicated operational and research support to three members of our fundraising team. This role sits at the intersection of CRM management, pipeline organization, and LP-facing meeting preparation — freeing our fundraisers to spend more of their time on relationships and conversations, and less on administrative upkeep. It's an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants direct exposure to institutional fundraising, private capital, and how a growing platform builds and manages LP relationships.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Own the day-to-day upkeep of Salesforce for the fundraisers you support — logging activity, updating contact and account records, and ensuring data is accurate, complete, and consistent

• Build and maintain fundraising pipelines within Salesforce, tracking LP and prospect relationships by stage, territory, and strategy

• Help design simple, reliable Salesforce views and reports so each fundraiser (and the broader team) can see pipeline status at a glance

• Flag stale or inactive records and prompt fundraisers to keep relationship stages current

Opportunity Research

• Conduct research on prospective LPs — institutional investors, family offices, consultants, and other allocators — to assess fit and prioritize outreach

• Compile background profiles on target organizations, including investment focus, allocation history, and relevant decision-makers

• Support broader market and competitive research to help sharpen fundraising targeting and positioning

Call & Meeting Preparation

• Prepare briefing materials ahead of LP calls and meetings, including relationship history, prior touchpoints, and relevant talking points

• Pull together portfolio and performance materials fundraisers may need to reference in LP conversations

• Coordinate logistics for calls and meetings as needed, ensuring fundraisers walk in fully prepared

Ad-Hoc Support

• Assist with fundraising materials, data requests, and special projects as they arise

• Take on other ad-hoc projects in support of the fundraising team as needed

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of work experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply

• Interest in private equity, institutional fundraising, or financial services, with a desire to learn

how a fundraising team operates

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Comfortable working across multiple people's priorities and reprioritizing quickly as needs shift

• Strong research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into something clear and useful

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; prior exposure to Salesforce or another CRM is a plus, but

not required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team player who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable supporting more than one person's

workload at once

• Strong work ethic and the ability to stay responsive in a fast-moving environment
