Position Summary
You will be part of a growing office in an international company with a distinct culture emphasizing results, team orientation and relationship building.
Analysts are expected to participate proactively and efficiently on multiple client engagements, combining solid project management skills, research execution, and communication capabilities (written and verbal).
Teamwork – each assignment is driven by a team, including at a minimum one Consultant, Analyst, Associate and Executive Assistant.

Major Responsibilities
Participate and contribute in client engagements to understand client needs and construct a research strategy.
Gather relevant information regarding appropriate industries and target companies, including identifying potential candidates and sources.
Represent clients effectively in the marketplace and present comprehensive output in terms of market feedback, evaluations, qualified candidates and assessment work.
Remain fully abreast of search developments in order to communicate accurately and credibly around the assignment.
Ideal Experience
Graduate degree from a competitive university; diverse educational backgrounds are welcome.
Some domain/industry knowledge from working as a student or 1-3 years of professional experience in a corporate setting.
Interest in working in a consulting environment in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm.
Fluent in English (written & verbal); additional language skills are considered an advantage.
