We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Analyst to join our finance team supporting clients in the Financial Services
(FS) and Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sectors. This is an excellent
opportunity for professionals with 2–3 years of experience who are seeking a
stable career.
· Prepare and post journal entries accurately
and in a timely manner
· Perform ledger reconciliations and resolve
discrepancies
· Support month-end and year-end closing
activities
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports
and related documentation
· Handle payroll processing and salary
preparation
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and
accounting standards
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
as needed
· Educational Qualification: Semi-qualified CA /
CMA / equivalent finance qualification
· Experience: 2–3 years of experience in
accounting/finance, preferably in the FS or NBFC domain
· Fintech experience will be an added advantage
· Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with
accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle)
· Strong understanding of accounting principles
and financial processes

Skills Required
- Semi-qualified CA/CMA or equivalent finance qualification

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
