We are seeking an analyst to help support applications and services deployed on Azure, working as a part of a collaborative support team. You will handle day-to-day client incident resolution, monitoring, triage, release support, and documentations.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, working closely with developers and ensuring smooth and reliable application operations.
Provide support for applications hosted on Azure, including basic trouble troubleshooting and log analysis
Work with developers during triage to investigate bugs, outages, and performance issues.
Monitor ticket queues in ServiceNow and ensure timely resolution of incidents, requests, and tasks.
Track and maintain SLA compliance across assigned tickets
Respond to incidents, ensuring work is prioritised in line with Service Level Agreements
Participate in incident management, escalating issues appropriately when needed
Monitor ongoing releases and deployments, reporting issues promptly
Maintain team knowledge and documentation in confluence
Contribute to improving support and processes and monitoring practices
Provide accurate/timely communications to customers in a non-technical style (internal)
Expectation to provide on call support (but not immediately)
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in Application support, technical support, or cloud operations
- Relevant University degree/Technical specialty
- Basic understanding of API, SQL and troubleshooting cloud-based applications
- Familiarity with Azure services or similar cloud platforms
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (AppInsights, Log Analytics, or equivalent
- Certification in Azure
