Role Summary:
The Workplace Services Analyst plays an integral role in our daily operations through directing and resolving technical issues and requests involving MACs, Windows, AV/Meetings, and systems access/configurations. You are a reliable and experienced support technician able to grasp changing technologies and processes while providing best-in-class customer service.

Key Qualifications:
● 2+years experience providing high-level technical support, prior experience building or expanding the IT function at a growing organization a plus
● Excellent customer service skills are paramount to success in this position
● Demonstrated ability to be empathetic with the IT end-user experience
● Possess the aptitude or experience to provide proactive service to our customers
● Demonstrates a results oriented approach to customer service
● Ability to think creatively and quickly under pressure and switch between big picture strategic thinking and tactical execution and support
● Sees challenges as opportunities and translate them into actionable tasks

● Comfort operating and administering technology in a multi-platform environment, including Windows, Mac OS, GSuite, Entra, Adobe, Zoom, and O365

Role Description:
● Provide support activities across Saks and manage ticket queues daily to meet service levels commitments
● Own processes and procedures to carry-out appropriate on-boarding and off-boarding including software and hardware deployment and reclamation
● Continually collaborates with stakeholders to help identify needs and implement technology solutions that improve employee productivity and success
● Identify and implement technology to enhance team efficiencies and effectiveness as we scale, automating wherever possible

● Assists and recommends the need for application software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
● Take responsibility of accurate inventory management
● Keep IT management apprised of critical issues
