Core Responsibilities

Supporting Workforce Planning Initiatives: Provide administrative and analytical support for strategic workforce planning activities, including tracking and managing position data, assisting with forecasting, and helping to identify trends or gaps in workforce needs

Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in organizing workforce data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support the team in analyzing key SWP metrics, providing insights for planning and decision-making

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the People Planning & Analytics team, including, organizing documentation, and maintaining records related to workforce planning and analytics projects

The ideal candidate brings some experience to analytics, forecasting systems and visualization tools, maybe combined with some experience within HR.
As a person, you are proactive and pay attention to details as well as you excel in Time Management. You thrive in the analytical world and for you it is given not just to lead the planning but also ensuring that it is turned into actions.
