About the Role
The HARMAN People Enablement team is seeking a Analyst – ServiceNow with strong configuration experience to support the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient configurations within the ServiceNow platform.
What You Will Do
Functional & Business Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
- Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and solution demos
ServiceNow Configuration
- Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and HRSD
- Design and configure workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Configure forms, fields, catalogues, service portals, and dashboards/reports
- Manage ACLs, roles, and basic security configurations
Solution Design & Implementation
- Recommend best practices aligned with ServiceNow standards
- Support end-to-end implementation including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations where required
Testing & Deployment
- Prepare and execute test cases (SIT/UAT)
- Support defect resolution and ensure quality delivery
- Assist in release management and deployment activities
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Provide user training and documentation
- Support change management and adoption activities
- Act as a bridge between business, HR/IT teams, and technical developers
What You Need to Be Successful
- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow functional roles
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration - HRSD
- Experience with modules such as ITSM, or CSM
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and reporting
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bonus Points if You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with a preferred concentration in Business, Technology Services, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Experience in HR Technology transformations, Knowledge of reporting tools and dashboards, exposure to governance and platform best practices

- Be willing to work in Bangalore, India.
