Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market and location analyses.
• Assisting in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international standards (e.g., RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV, BelWertV).
• Supporting the organization and execution of nationwide site visits and preparing resulting reports.
• Maintaining information databases and helping create pitch presentations and proposals.
• Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports in both German and English.
• Engaging in regular communication with team members and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Supporting new business acquisition efforts.
• Regularly interacting with clients.

Profile:

• Interest in the real estate sector.
• A degree in Geography, Architecture, Business Administration/Real Estate, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and affinity for numbers and financial topics.
• Strong German language skills; English is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and structured work approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
