In this role, you will…
Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches and surveys.
Collect and organize market and property data.
Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.
What you’ll bring
A valid Drivers License and vehicle.
Your AIC candidacy and commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your AACI designation.
An undergraduate degree.
Commercial real estate experience is an asset.
An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate appraisal.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel.
Experience with Argus is an asset.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $48,112/year - $60,000/year
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
