Overview:
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision,
while escalating more complex issues to management and appropriate staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and self-reviews of Sales & Use tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance in accordance with state and local requirements and regulations. Work collaboratively to meet statutory/internal deadlines and meet service line expectations.
- Identify discrepancies and address them proactively to enhance the quality of returns.
- Research and respond to sales & use tax questions with prompt and accurate replies.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.
- Proactively assist in completing projects
- Identify potential changes and process Improvement & Suggestions
- Stay vigilant for potential changes in filing requirements, processes, and technology within the Sales & Use tax domain.
- Actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements within all Sales & Use Tax functions.
- Learning&Growth
- Participate in continuous training on U.S. Sales & Use Tax processes and tools.
- Stay updated on state-level tax rule changes and technology enhancements.
- Support knowledge-sharing and mentor interns required.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
