Primary Purpose: The Analyst, Treasury sits within the Finance team and supports daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and financial reporting. As an Analyst Working closely with the team and cross-functional partners, you will help optimize Tapestry's cash flow while managing banking relationships and supporting critical financial processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational expertise in corporate finance and treasury best practices while contributing meaningfully to the organization. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from routine operational tasks to strategic treasury initiatives, building a strong foundation for a rewarding career in finance.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Finance to...
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate Treasury related KPIs and insights, including weekly share repurchase reporting, monthly KPI updates, and counterparty exposure ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery to key stakeholders.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of the company’s 3-statement cash flow forecasting model, monthly, with responsibility for quarterly cash positioning inputs, weekly forecast updates, and monthly variance analysis and reporting, including scenario planning and ongoing reporting.
- Perform structured weekly and monthly financial analyses, alongside ad hoc requests, to support corporate initiatives, scenario planning, and management requests.
- Contribute to the evaluation and execution of capital allocation strategies, including investment decisions, share repurchase programs, and debt management initiatives, through ongoing monitoring, periodic reporting cycles, and support for quarterly planning activities.
- Track performance of hedge portfolios weekly and assist in the development of monthly exposure analyses related to hedging programs.
- Support liquidity planning and short-term cash management activities in coordination with treasury operations, including daily cash positioning, funding decisions, and weekly liquidity reviews.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance analytical capabilities within Treasury, through continuous improvement initiatives, recurring process reviews, and automation of routine reporting tasks.

- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels within the organization
- Strong business acumen and know that problem-solving goes beyond numbers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- The capability to identify key insights and present them in an easily digestible format appropriate for the audience
- Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn and a desire to be a team player
- Advanced skills in data manipulation, development of forecasting models, financial analysis, and communication (both written and oral)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- Working knowledge of Power BI and leveraging Copilot within Microsoft Office is a plus
