Job Description

Responsible for daily monitoring of company’s cash position, cash processing, and cash forecasting. Assists with managing company’s merchant card operations. Interfaces with multiple properties for all cash needs.

• Performs scheduled reviews of Letters of Credit and Surety Bonds 
• Performs daily processes to determine daily cash availability and needs including:
  • Consolidation of daily cash reports by property
  • Monitors incoming wires, ACH’s and deposits
  • Monitors outgoing wires, ACH’s and cash orders
  • Coordinates cash availability with each property
  • Monitors timeliness of cash availability to ensure timely drawdown and funding to support operations and allow for timely debt paydown
  • Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the related reports and any unusual items are investigated.
  • Other daily duties as required to support daily cash management and treasury processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensures proper documentation of all daily activity is accurately retained and routed
• Performs scheduled reviews of account signers and electronic account access 
• Assists in the administration of the merchant card program
• Assists with borrowing decisions as well as cash forecasting
• Works directly with property and corporate personnel to research and ensure resolution of treasury, cash management, banking and merchant card related issues and concerns
• Assists with project assignments related to cash management and treasury operations
• Provides general support to the Treasury Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related area required.
• Two (2) years of finance or treasury experience preferred.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
• Experience with General Ledger report writer preferred.
• Knowledge of standard accounting practices.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with bank cash management systems.
• Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of confidentiality and accountability.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications.
