Why This Role Matters

As a Specialist Total Rewards EMEA, you support the EMEA Total Rewards team in managing key compensation and benefits programs that provide the required Total Rewards infrastructure across the region. Through collaboration with HR, HR Information Systems, and HR Services teams, you help ensure the effective implementation of compensation processes, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal policies.

Your analytical mindset and attention to detail help maintain the integrity of compensation data while supporting salary benchmarking, merit cycles, and incentive programs that strengthen Goodyear’s Total Value Proposition for associates across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the implementation and administration of EMEA compensation programs, including the annual incentive payout and discretion processes.

  • Assist with the annual Merit cycle for EMEA, working closely with the Global Compensation team through the Compensation Module Tool and ensuring salary increases remain within approved budgets.

  • Prepare analytical reports and compensation data analysis, supporting regional and corporate reporting requirements.

  • Support salary benchmarking activities, including participation in market salary surveys, data collection, consolidation, and analysis for salary range reviews.

  • Contribute to the analysis of market practices and trends related to compensation, benefits, and the overall Total Value Proposition.

  • Assist with regional and global Compensation & Benefits projects, helping to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

  • Promote process efficiency and best practices, particularly through the effective use and optimization of Workday and HR systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Finance, with exposure to Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR reporting considered an asset.

  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret compensation data and trends.

  • High level of attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive compensation information.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of Workday is considered an advantage.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
