Analyst (Tier 3) - Identity Governance
Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid)
Shift: [2:00 PM-10:00 PM CET, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM CDT] with flexibility
Work Environment: Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team offers on-call support. The role will collaborate with global IAM and governance teams. You’ll be part of a high-performing, security-driven team that values innovation, delivery excellence, and continuous learning.
Job Summary
The Analyst (Tier 3) - Identity Governance is a mid-to-senior level member of the IAM Governance team, responsible for managing and executing access certification campaigns, governance processes, and audit requests. This role requires strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, ability to generate reports and evidence, and direct interaction with internal auditors, GRC teams, and control owners. The Analyst (Tier 3) will work closely with the Senior Analyst to ensure compliance and effective governance across the enterprise. This is a manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Access Certification Campaigns Manage end-to-end certification campaigns, including setup, execution, follow-up, and evidence collection.
Governance Support - Support governance initiatives, including SoD checks, policy enforcement, and escalations.
Audit & Evidence Prepare reports and deliver evidence for internal and external audit reviews.
Collaboration & Communication Partner with IA, GRC, Controls, and application teams to ensure compliance.
Knowledge Sharing Provide mentorship and guidance to Analyst II and I roles.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
Advanced degree or IAM-related certifications.
4–6 years in Identity Governance, IT audit, or IAM-related functions.
Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience required.
Prior audit-facing or compliance-facing experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks.
Proficiency in SailPoint reporting and certification customization.
Ability to translate governance requirements into operational processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
