1. Overview

Within this context, the Technical Account Management (TAM) team plays a critical role in ensuring our clients extract maximum value from our platforms through technical excellence, innovation, and trusted partnerships.
We are seeking a Analyst, Technical Account Management, to support strategic accounts by acting as a trusted technical advisor, driving customer success, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions within the payments ecosystem.
2. Role
As a Technical Account Management Analyst, you will support the TAM team by providing data-driven insights, analytics, and reporting that help improve customer performance and business outcomes.
You will collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from multiple sources, developing dashboards, reports, and presentations to monitor customer health, service adoption, transaction performance, and operational metrics. You will identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting decision-making, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
In addition to supporting the broader TAM team, you will manage a portfolio of selected customer accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders and serving as a point of contact for performance-related discussions. You will help customers understand their performance, address operational challenges, and maximize the value of our solutions.
You will work closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, Sales, CIS, Authorization, and Market Delivery teams to resolve issues, support strategic initiatives, and deliver meaningful insights that drive customer success and business growth. Through reporting automation, data quality improvements, and effective communication of analytics, you will contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

You are a customer-focused professional with a strong analytical mindset and a willingness to learn. You enjoy working with data, supporting customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive positive business outcomes.
You bring:• Experience in analytics, customer support, account management, customer success, or related roles.• Interest in technology, payments, and customer performance analysis.• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights.• Experience creating reports, dashboards, presentations, or performance summaries.• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.• Native Portuguese and fluency in English.
The following are considered a plus:• Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including payment schemes, issuers, acquirers, and processors.• Familiarity with authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing customer relationships.• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
This role is based in São Paulo and follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the office at least three days per week.

Skills Required

  • Experience in analytics, customer support, account management, customer success, or a related role

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Native Portuguese proficiency
