The primary and sole responsibility of this role is to provide technical support during Night Operations (US business hours). The Service Desk Analyst will work closely with US colleagues and must demonstrate excellent English communication skills. The role requires the ability to read, listen to, and clearly understand user requirements, and to provide effective support to the best of one’s ability. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for carrying out all assigned IT responsibilities specific to Night Operations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Endpoint / laptop management using Microsoft Intune
- Onboarding and offboarding of user accounts and access
- Communicate with US-based users and collaborate closely with US colleagues
- Adhere to defined IT Support processes
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, Linux OS, and macOS
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Understand US and India cultural differences and interact with users politely and appropriately
- Log challenges faced and proactively share ideas to improve processes
- Perform basic O365 user management tasks
Qualification: BE/BTech in IT, Computer Engineering, or any Computer Science graduate.
Work Experience: Required -1 to 3 years.
