Job Description
A quick gist of expectations from the role:

  • Order to Cash oversight: manage and oversee the full OTC process.
  • Order management & processing: Planning for shipments, consolidations & containerizations, pull/ push orders to meet payload goals for primary and secondary networks, accurately create and manage customer orders in the system - ensuring all information is accurate and complete
  • Customer communication: serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding customer status, delivery schedule, and any issues that arise during the order process.
  • Order management compliance: ensure that OTC process in compliant with internal rules.
  • Process metric management: Partner alignment and teamwork activities, critical metric Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis
  • Process improvement: identify opportunities and work with the gross functional team to implement best practices and improve overall efficiency.


KEY INTERFACES

  • Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
  • Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations , Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
  • Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT


REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in order/customer management
  • Working Knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, Ariba will be an added advantage
  • Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English
