Responsibilities:
- Optimize Supply Chain Processes by defining project scope and objectives which involve all relevant stakeholders .
- Manage projects and execute process improvement initiatives affecting functions in Operations and may span on a country or regional scale (e.g. ASEAN).
- Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables.
- Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses and implement best practices
- Serve as the main point of contact between ZALORA and multiple entities which includes government agencies and departments.
- Assist the manager in developing operations performance and metrics dashboard; monitor performance and improvement in key metrics.
- Assist the manager in delivering significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets.
- Rate negotiation with inbound service providers and contractual agreement which includes cost benefit analysis.
- Maintain and update HS codes in ZALORA systems in accordance with Malaysia Customs regulations and internal compliance requirements.
