The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Lifecycle, the Analyst, Supplier Lifecycle plays a critical role in Supply Chain by facilitating supplier qualifications and supporting the development of a competent, capable and compliant supplier base.

As part of the Supplier Lifecycle team, this role supports supplier readiness and compliance by coordinating subject matter expert reviews, enabling timely and well-documented qualification outcomes, and helping ensure project and operational teams have access to qualified suppliers.

The role requires strong coordination, relationship development, attention to detail and an understanding of Supply Chain processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the supplier qualification process, including tracking intakes, completing safety grade checks, coordinating supplier information and supporting technical subject matter expert reviews and decisions

  • Manage multiple supplier qualifications concurrently, prioritizing work and progressing each qualification through to completion

  • Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with subject matter experts involved in qualifications

  • Work with suppliers, stakeholders and subject matter experts to resolve qualification issues, address information gaps and support timely outcomes

  • Recommend Supplier Lifecycle process improvements and support the implementation of corresponding solutions

  • Update, refresh and maintain internal Power BI dashboards used to track supplier qualifications

  • Provide advice and training to stakeholders to ensure Supplier Lifecycle tools and processes are accessible and understood by internal and external users

  • Lead special projects and support technology updates as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A business or business related undergrad from a recognized university

  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain or other field

  • A combination of education and relevant practical experience may be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage large volumes of information and competing priorities while remaining organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for assigned work, with a focus on driving positive outcomes

  • Project management, coordination or process improvement experience is considered an asset

  • Positive, customer service-oriented approach with a commitment to supporting stakeholders and continuous improvement

  • Spanish language skills are considered an asset, but are not required

  • Experience with SAP Ariba is an asset
