The role translates complex operational and infrastructure priorities into clear messaging for multiple audiences while overseeing approvals, reporting, budgets, resources, records, and escalation processes.

Provides independent engineering quality assurance, audits, supplier oversight, non-conformance management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with business leaders to analyze workforce and operating costs, develop financial models and business cases, identify risks and cost-saving opportunities, and provide executive reporting and decision support. The analyst will also improve financial reporting, analytics, and business performance while coordinating planning processes and supporting strategic and operational decisions.

Supports multiple senior executives by managing calendars, travel, communications, confidential records, meeting materials, expenses, and administrative needs. Oversees Washington, DC office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendors, events, onboarding, procedures, budgets, invoices, and visitor coordination. Acts as a liaison with employees, service providers, policymakers, government officials, and industry stakeholders while maintaining a professional and productive office environment.
