The Project Master Data Analyst manages and maintains SAP master data for projects, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and supporting operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Support and lead sourcing and contract management for Facility Integrity programs: develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs/RFQs via SAP/Ariba, negotiate and administer contracts, manage supplier performance and compliance, analyze market intelligence, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.

Transform complex operational information into clear customer and executive communications. Coordinate preparation and distribution of operational notices, develop materials, analyze impacts, support reporting and post-event reviews, liaise across operations and commercial teams, and improve communication processes.

Support preliminary and detailed engineering for natural gas pipeline projects, perform calculations and design with senior oversight, coordinate contractors and cross-functional stakeholders, assist procurement and forecasting, participate in FEED and PHA reviews, resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning, and contribute to continuous improvement and EIT program development.

Analyze North American energy policy, draft policy papers and briefings, prepare executives for engagements, represent the company at forums, monitor legislative/regulatory developments, collaborate with government relations and communications teams, and use AI tools to enhance research and communications.

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Sr. Manager of US Construction Services: track budgets, expenses and forecasts; process invoices; coordinate training and compliance; prepare reports, presentations and organizational communications; manage records, meeting logistics, fleet documentation, onboarding and office correspondence; interface with Supply Chain, IS and HR.

The Business Development Manager will originate and advance growth opportunities in energy, managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders to influence investment decisions.
