Leads a team responsible for implementing and sustaining operational and business programs across natural gas operations. Oversees process mapping, cross-functional collaboration, technology adoption, change management, operational risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and performance optimization. Develops employees, promotes safety and accountability, and ensures programs align with operational, commercial, technical, and compliance requirements.

Lead engineering and project execution for natural gas growth and interconnect facilities from concept through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include facility and meter station design, equipment specification, procurement planning, schedule and risk management, consultant oversight, multidisciplinary coordination, field engineering, startup support, and resolution of technical and constructability issues. The role requires strong engineering judgment, stakeholder management, knowledge of natural gas codes, and experience delivering multiple projects autonomously.

Leads strategic communications for capital projects and operational activities, translating complex regulatory, commercial, and operational topics into clear messaging. Provides issues management, media response, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and communications process development. Partners with business leaders and communities, governments, Indigenous groups, and media, while mentoring team members and participating in emergency response and on-call rotations.

Manages the full lifecycle of capital investment projects, including approvals, financial performance tracking, budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX reporting, and closure. Develops dashboards and KPIs, supports financial close and reporting, reviews depreciation and amortization calculations, and contributes to financial analyses, audits, and business models. Requires collaboration with project, tax, and accounting teams while ensuring accurate and reliable financial information.

Provide administrative and financial support to Regional Operations Managers including budget tracking, expense and invoice processing, forecasting, reporting, requisitions, records management, meeting coordination, and preparation of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations while handling confidential information.

Develop and maintain air and greenhouse gas emissions inventories, compile operational data, prepare regulatory submissions, support emissions calculations and verification, and contribute to sustainability disclosures. Collaborate with field operations, business units, corporate teams, regulators, and third parties while improving emissions-data tools, processes, automation, quality, and compliance with evolving standards.

Assists with installation, maintenance, testing, calibration, and repair of gas measurement and regulating equipment, including meters, regulators, heaters, gauges, valves, chromatographs, and remote-control systems. Performs leak testing, environmental sampling, corrosion inspection, facility maintenance, vegetation control, work-order completion, and basic computer tasks. Participates in safety activities, training, call-outs, overtime, and occasional travel to other facilities.

Originate and execute structured natural gas transactions across the Midwest, Northeast, or Texas & Gulf Coast. Build a pipeline of opportunities, expand regional market presence, evaluate pipeline/ storage/asset-backed deals, collaborate with Trading, Legal, Risk and Credit to structure and close transactions, and provide market intelligence to support trading and portfolio optimization.

Develop and execute media relations strategies, secure earned media, manage spokesperson activities, coach executives, create messaging and communications materials, and advise leaders on reputation, crisis, and emerging issues. Build relationships with Canadian political, business, trade, energy, and regional media while coordinating with communications, government relations, and policy teams. Support emergency response, serve as Public Information Officer when required, and participate in on-call rotations.

Participate in TC Energy’s structured engineering rotations across project engineering, facilities reliability and integrity, and pipeline integrity. Support design, project execution, technical assessments, risk evaluations, field reviews, investigations, asset lifecycle activities, and operational support. Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders while developing technical judgment, business awareness, and professional experience toward engineering licensure. Rotations may involve fieldwork, travel, overnight stays, temporary assignments, and relocation.

Supports Canada PMO governance through portfolio reporting, business analysis, process improvement, and development of PowerApps and Power BI solutions. Partners with project teams, leadership, and technical stakeholders to improve project reporting, monitor project health, manage risks and opportunities, gather requirements, and create dashboards, workflows, and business applications. Presents insights and initiatives to diverse audiences while maintaining and enhancing project-management tools and processes.

Leads supply chain standards, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, with expertise in the contract lifecycle. Analyzes and documents processes, develops process maps, translates business needs into specifications, manages implementation initiatives, and creates training and communication plans. The role coordinates stakeholders, facilitates meetings, supports decision-making, and promotes consistent adoption of supply chain procedures and tools.

Provides engineering support for industrial control systems at natural gas compression and measurement facilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting automation systems and industrial networks, supporting field operations through rotating on-call coverage, assessing operational risks, developing automation software and HMI changes, automating maintenance activities, and defining facility improvement projects. The role also contributes to engineering standards, cybersecurity, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute media relations strategies, build relationships with national and industry media, secure earned coverage, advise executives, prepare messaging and media materials, and support crisis communications. The role includes spokesperson duties, media training, reputation management, monitoring evolving issues, coordinating with communications and government relations teams, and serving in emergency response rotations. Travel, overnight stays, and occasional extended-hours support are required.

Supports pipeline design, construction, and integrity programs through stress and strain analysis, fitness-for-service evaluations, remediation recommendations, incident investigations, and technical reporting. Performs engineering assessments using commercial analysis software, contributes to procedures and continuous improvement, and collaborates with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant pipeline operations.

Supports daily natural gas transportation and storage operations through nominations, scheduling, confirmations, imbalance management, tariff compliance, customer engagement, reporting, and transactional system support. Analyzes operational trends, resolves issues with internal and external stakeholders, develops business requirements and test plans, supports system implementations, and provides customer training. The role requires flexible coverage during critical operational periods and occasional travel.

Support U.S. natural gas rates and regulatory work by building and updating complex Excel financial and rate models, analyzing cost and volume data, preparing filings and testimony, collaborating across teams, and contributing to rate design, modernization programs, and strategic decisions for regulated pipeline assets.
