Serve as a strategic liaison between Information Services and business portfolios to build relationships, shape long-term demand, prioritize roadmaps, guide investment decisions, manage risk and capacity, and enable delivery. Advocate for IS and AI strategy, work with vendors, produce business cases, and use data to inform portfolio outcomes and governance.

The Growth Project Manager will lead capital projects in the natural gas pipeline sector, managing the project lifecycle, ensuring safety and compliance, while coordinating with teams and stakeholders.

Lead engineering for growth and interconnect natural gas projects from concept through commissioning. Manage scope, schedules, contractors, procurement, deliverables, design reviews, technical risk, site support, and stakeholder engagement to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while ensuring regulatory and company standard compliance.

Lead execution of capital projects across lifecycle phases—scope, budget, schedule, execution, permitting, contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with engineering, regulatory and environmental requirements, drive safety culture, manage risks, and coordinate commissioning and handover. Support continuous improvement of project management tools and travel for construction oversight.

Provide mechanical design oversight for five compressor stations and brownfield modifications, review contractor deliverables, resolve technical queries and variances, support procurement and stakeholder engagement, track engineering deliverables, and mentor junior engineers to ensure designs meet project standards and regulatory codes.

Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass as the system of record for contingent workforce. Drive integration designs with Workday, SAP S/4HANA and FI/CO, lead UAT and data migration, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and govern contractor processes, rate cards, and operational readiness.

Lead enterprise identity architecture strategy and design for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Define standards, reference architectures, and governance for IAM, PAM, IGA, MFA, privileged and non-human identities, and Identity Security for AI. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess risks, design controls, create roadmaps, and deliver architecture artifacts, executive briefings, and implementation guidance aligned with Zero Trust and regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative and financial support to Regional Operations Managers including budget tracking, expense and invoice processing, forecasting, reporting, requisitions, records management, meeting coordination, and preparation of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations while handling confidential information.

Lead design and maturation of an enterprise threat intelligence capability, aggregating cyber, physical, geopolitical and operational intelligence. Produce finished intelligence, track threat actors and TTPs, deliver executive briefings and flash reports, establish information-sharing relationships, and align cross-functional teams to support resilient response and strategic planning for assets across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.

Lead external Indigenous engagement in Northwest British Columbia, building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities (notably Wet'suwet'en), implementing engagement plans, preparing briefing materials, supporting issue resolution and negotiations, and advising internal teams to integrate Indigenous priorities into projects. Role requires significant travel to remote locations, culturally informed practices, and collaboration across business units to advance company objectives.

Perform hydraulic simulation and analysis for the ML and TQM gas pipeline systems; evaluate facility alternatives; provide hydraulic inputs for design and funding packages; analyze compressor performance; support regulatory applications; collaborate across Commercial, Operations, Projects, and Regulatory; and develop automation and data-driven improvement solutions.

Lead expediting for pipeline projects: manage suppliers, oversee material status and logistics, mentor junior expeditors, resolve supplier performance issues, present status reporting to stakeholders, and drive process improvements to meet PO milestones.

Manage and lead supplier qualification processes, coordinate SME reviews, resolve information gaps, maintain Power BI dashboards, recommend process improvements, provide training, and support supplier readiness and technology updates.

Support Class / HCA assessments and remediation for US natural gas pipelines. Perform engineering analysis, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance (CFR 192), develop procedures, analyze data, report to leadership and regulators, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The Compression Engineer will support gas compression facilities, conduct root cause analyses, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Perform engineering assessments for pipeline crossings and third-party encroachments; review drawings, plans, GIS data and perform calculations; recommend mitigations, initiate mitigations/relocations, and support damage prevention and integrity programs; ensure compliance with ASME, PHMSA and 49 CFR Part 192; collaborate with operations, land, project and regulatory stakeholders; support continuous improvement, training, and technical guidance.

Design, model, test, and maintain reciprocating and centrifugal compressor and driver performance models; monitor performance, investigate anomalies, support control upgrades, troubleshoot RACR, and collaborate across operations and analytics teams to optimize a large natural gas compressor fleet.

Lead and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities in Fort McMurray and north central Alberta. Implement engagement plans, manage documentation and records, track commitments, prepare briefing and reporting materials, coordinate internal workflows, and support issue management and administrative functions to ensure compliant, consistent, and audit-ready Indigenous engagement.
