Your Role
As a Gensler Analyst, you will synthesize research and analysis into insights to drive the creative discourse with our global clients. You enjoy working alongside our design studios to help set the direction of projects and ensure a seamless transition from strategy to implementation. You have real world experience in areas related to design strategy and are looking to leverage your experience alongside Gensler’s industry trendsetters. You have the desire to contribute to innovating the practice of strategy at Gensler by outlining novel offerings and partnering with client leaders to build compelling positioning.

What You Will Do

Conduct research and data collection across a broad range of client industries and services, including space planning, change management strategy, workplace performance, occupancy and real estate portfolio strategy

Collecting, aggregating, and manipulating data from multiple sources, applying analytical techniques to derive insights, and creating clear visualizations or reports.

Deploying quantitative and qualitative tools for data analysis and collection

Interpret research to develop fresh ideas and user insights related to client business processes and performance objectives

Work closely with team members and clients to deliver an exceptional experience
Your Qualifications
Core qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
-
0-5 years of professional experience; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred executing projects in one or more areas related to design strategy, space planning, management consulting, market research, corporate strategy, real estate services, product development or related

Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)

Familiar with Qualtrics

Familiar with Tableau

Strong data management, comfortable with large amount of data

Good planning, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications:
-
Strong written abilities and storytelling

Familiarity with Adobe InDesign

Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Miro
-
Interest in AI-enabled tools for data analytics and visualization

GIS Coding experience in SQL, Python, or R

Familiar with SPSS and/or GIS

*The base salary will be estimated between 75,000 - $92,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
