How will you make an impact:
Provide business operations support and subject matter expertise for commercial systems, including user support, troubleshooting, training, data management, access governance, and process guidance for field and business teams.
Analyze business processes, performance drivers, and operational requirements to support strategic initiatives, commercial excellence programs, system implementations, and continuous improvement projects across Korea.
Identify opportunities to enhance commercial systems, dashboards, and business processes. Gather business requirements, coordinate testing and implementation activities, and support the adoption of approved solutions and tools.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales, market share, customer, and operational data across business systems while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and business requirements.
Monitor data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance across Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and related commercial applications. Investigate issues, validate data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting reliability.
Generate and validate standardized and ad hoc reports to support business decisions, including sales performance, market share, adoption metrics, inventory management, operational performance, and commercial effectiveness.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and stakeholders to identify business needs, share best practices, and support data-driven decision making.
Track and analyze key business objectives and performance metrics, provide recommendations for improvement, and monitor progress against commercial and operational goals.
Occasionally provide ad hoc operational and administrative support to the Country Head as required.
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 5 years Previous experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related business support functions preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
