Position Description
Responsible for supporting the Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) team activities of the CLSA Capital Partners alternative investment management business. This position will be hired in Hong Kong and managing marketing/ investor relations related business trips are expected as normal working model.
Key Areas of Responsibilities

Take an important supporting role for the fund-raising campaign for CLSA Capital Partners’ alternative investment strategies

Maintain effective relationship with primary market target clients

Group cooperation and coordination, liaison with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within CLSA Capital Partners, CITIC CLSA and CITIC Securities

Support ad-hoc activities and general administration tasks for the team
Requirements
-
Master degree holder in finance/ accounting/ business with at least 2 years of work experience in financial industry

Prior working with placement agents, experience in USD PE fund raising is a plus
-
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across various levels of seniority within a large organization

Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, report writing and negotiation skills

Native in Mandarin and proficient in English, Cantonese is a plus

Ability to work independently and a good team player
