This role needs someone that can manage strict deadlines, have maniacal focus on details and quality of deliverables (data reports, forecasting, develop executive presentations, business cases, etc), can ramp up quickly the learning curve for understanding American Express business model, KPIs, financials and information sources.

ResponsibilitiesCentralize several planning activities ranging from strategic planning, channel analytics, managing performance dashboards and perform sales scenarios in short window times.
Channels budget monitoring and assure annual spend accomplishment.
Develop skills that combine external and internal information with Amex business priorities to build analysis that provide insights to achieve our sales goals and growth ambition.
Communicate clearly and lead conversations while have common sense for timely escalations.
Develop high sensitivity over sales channels and be capable to identify quickly trend deviations and identify root causes and support Direction with solutions proposals.

Bachelor's Degree (Actuary, Economics, Business Engineering, and related) and at least 2 years of work experience
