Bridge Investment Group is seeking a talented and solution-oriented Software Engineer to join our Bridge Single Family Rental team!
This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for building and supporting high-performance systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and the engineering team to develop, integrate, and maintain internal software and system solutions that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities Include:Collaborate with end-users to define and address business challenges with smart technical solutions.
Support and enhance existing system integrations and internal software tools.
Write high-quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code from technical specifications.
Develop and maintain administrator and user documentation and training materials.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and deploy timely fixes to production issues.
Estimate effort levels and assist in planning project milestones with accuracy.
Build and maintain development, testing, and production environments.
Test system changes and handle code/data migrations to ensure system reliability.
Provide second-level technical support for internal users.
Continuously identify areas for process and performance improvements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role—or equivalent education and hands-on experience.
Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of:
Python, SQL, Microsoft Excel
Salesforce.com (Apex, Visualforce)
Bonus: AngularJS or Ionic Framework, AWS (S3, Batch, RedShift), Git, Agile, Jira, SharePoint (InfoPath, PowerApps, Flow)
Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming and system development lifecycle practices.
Communication: Ability to write clear technical documentation, communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and present solutions to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and evolving priorities.
Work Environment: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work structure (remote/in-office based on manager discretion).

- 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
