• Master's degree in business administration (Marketing/Analytics/sales focus) OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of progressive business intelligence experience in professional services environment.• 6-9 years of experience in business intelligence, competitive analysis, or market intelligence roles.• Advanced Excel proficiency including Power Query and automation techniques.• Microsoft Dynamics D365 expertise with custom reporting and CRM analytics capabilities.• Generative AI tools experience including MS Copilot and Copilot Studio for agent development and task automation.• Intent data platforms experience (Bombora) and prospecting tools expertise (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.).• Professional services industry knowledge with understanding of consulting business models and competitive dynamics.
