This role is a key contributor to how senior management, the Board, and investors see the portfolio. The successful candidate will transform leasing, occupancy, and development data into actionable analysis and reporting that supports executive decision-making. The work spans recurring executive and investor deliverables, ad hoc analysis on portfolio performance, and partnership with teams across the company to describe what’s happening in the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring dashboards and reporting packages for senior management and investors, including portfolio occupancy reporting, quarterly investor presentations, and ad hoc investor requests
- Analyze portfolio performance trends including occupancy, leasing activity, and tenant mix, and translate insights into reporting and presentations for senior management and investors, covering asset-level and portfolio-level performance metrics
- Provide analysis and summary outputs
- Lead the monthly rent roll variance review process to ensure data accuracy for executive and investor reporting, partnering with Lease Administration to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Review and analyze lease transactions and related documentation for portfolio metrics
- Manage leasing and portfolio databases, ensuring data quality and consistency across reporting deliverables
- Partner with teams across the company to coordinate data flow and ensure accurate, timely reporting
- Perform diligent and detailed review of various reporting materials for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency across deliverables
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and the organization’s enterprise reporting software, Oracle EPM Cloud, in support of above efforts

Skills / Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field
- Exposure to corporate financial analysis, reporting or accounting with an understanding of real estate fundamentals required
- Familiarity with commercial leases and related financial terms required
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation:
$92,000 - $120,000 per year + Performance Based Incentives + Comprehensive Benefits
