Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple internal teams to understand and resolve Production issues
- Adapt to new technologies in quick time
- Complete the assigned tasks in timely manner with zero defects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Focus on identifying the gaps in as is process and improve
- Focus on Automation and Process improvement. Bring in new ideas
- May need to work in shifts to support workflows in multiple env
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of Experience in Supply chain domain preferably manufacturing industry
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in constructing, testing, and supporting supply chain planning solutions, such as JDA/BY Demand, Fulfillment
- Experience on JDA SCPO platform will be plus
- Basic knowledge in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
- Knowledge on Python will be a plus
- Good to have experience in Production Support for any ERP/SCM solutions
- Experience with Oracle 10g and 11g will be a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and cross functional teams
- B.E. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, M.B.A. in Operations or equivalent technical degrees
