📍 Location: Hyderabad India - Hybrid
🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position

Job Description
Solenis is seeking a full-time Quality Management (QM) SAP Analyst in Hyderabad, India. This position supports the global SAP-QM team. The QM Specialist is responsible for global Quality Data Management processes and system used for quality control. Candidates should possess fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and have strong interpersonal skills, as this position will interface with multiple departments within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand material specifications and related analytical methods.
  • Set up and maintain quality management in SAP as part of a change management process with defined business rules.
  • Provide end-user support and problem solving of quality management in SAP.
  • Work with other team members and managers to create efficient processes and consistency.
  • Manage monthly responsibilities on a rotational basis with other team members.
  • Achieve individual and team metrics for performance.
  • Maintain QM master data setup for Projects/ Day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • Strong English fluency is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as this role supports a global organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required; Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred. Other scientific fields with organic chemistry coursework or relevant experience will be considered.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Quality Management (QM) fundamentals and its role within the functional business landscape.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP software is mandatory; direct experience with the SAP QM module is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills considered a plus.
  • Working knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt positively to changing and evolving environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, exhibiting strong time management and self-direction.
  • Proven ability to contribute effectively as an individual contributor within a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a modified second shift to support global the Project
