As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing critical support to Regional Sales Managers across customer service, program coordination, and sales operations. This position ensures that sales teams are fully enabled to focus on customer acquisition and growth, while the Sales Support Manager manages internal processes, customer follow-up, and cross-functional coordination.
What you’ll do:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries, ensuring timely, professional responses and issue resolution through coordination with programs, operations, and technical teams.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on sales opportunities, renewals, and contracts.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting (e.g., Salesforce).
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, timelines, and deliverables to support sales campaigns, programs, and customer needs.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and internal teams to ensure contractual and service commitments are met.
- Support customer meetings, program reviews, bid development, and contract updates.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and financials.
- Assist with financial analysis, budgets, margins, payment coordination, and collaboration with finance and credit teams.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, disputes, and escalations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and enhanced customer experience.
- Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and leadership; build cross-departmental relationships; actively participate in meetings and strategy discussions; and model company values and customer-first principles.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience in sales support, program management, customer service management, or a related field required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet weekly and monthly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial and business acumen with experience in forecasting and reporting, including pipeline tracking and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and project management tools.
Must be willing to travel occasionally as needed to support Regional Sales Managers and key customer engagements.
