What you will do
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and generate insights that inform business decisions
Maintain and manage data accuracy within sales systems to ensure reliable reporting and operational efficiency
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams) to support key initiatives and drive alignment
Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user adoption of tools and systems
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key metrics and business performance
Assist in the design and delivery of training and enablement materials to support commercial teams
Capstone Project: At the end of the program, participants will complete a capstone project that integrates learnings across all rotations to solve a cross-functional business challenge and present findings to leadership.
