Title and Summary
Analyst - Sales Enablement & Business Transformation
Overview:
Mastercard Services, the professional services arm of Mastercard, provides payments-focused consulting, marketing services, analytics platforms, loyalty and risk management services to financial institutions, retailers, and governments worldwide.
Insights and Enablement help improve efficiency and drive smarter decisions for Services business unit, with use of data, technology and operational excellence.
We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies.
About the role:
As an Analyst - Business Transformation, you are expected to:• Develop a strong understanding of our business environment focusing on end-to-end quote to cash lifecycle and opportunity management• Engage with cross functional teams and act as internal consulting partner to understand pain-points related to their business model and operational processes• Act as a thought partner to workstream leads, supporting execution, stakeholder alignment and change management across transformation programs.• Develop design documentation e.g. SOPs, system requirements, user journey maps etc.• Identify solutions to the pain-points using logical thinking, problem solving skills and leveraging better use of data & technology• Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements using system enhancements, tactical automation or process changes
All about you: • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with suitable educational qualifications• Strong understanding of Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B services organizations with some exposure to sales pipeline and revenue management tools (e.g. Salesforce, CPQ etc.)• Proven ability to solve unstructured problems using first principles thinking and structured problem-solving approaches.• Ability to understand and mine insights from large and complex datasets• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills; proven experiencing of working on multiple initiatives• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in using MS Office tools. Exposure to process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio) and data visualization tools is a plus.• Curiosity to understand business drivers, systems, and operational nuances and a passion for solving complex business problems using data, technology, and process innovation.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Note - THIS IS NOT A DATA SCIENCE/ DATA ANALYTICS ROLE/SALES Strategy While we are open to such profiles, but this role is not focused on growing technical Data Science/ Analytics/Sales motion competencies.
