Work Location: Gurugram with a minimum of 3 days per week’s work from office
Shift Timing: 3:30 PM IST to 12:30AM IST
Overview:
We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Revenue Accounting team. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent accounting knowledge as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This role will report to the Manager, Revenue Accounting and will focus primarily on processing revenue transactions. The Analyst, Revenue will also support the Accounting department by contributing to the accurate and timely reporting of financial results to our internal and external stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare support schedules and analysis for manual revenue adjustments.
- Analyze unusual balances within accounts receivable and unearned revenue accounts and provide supporting information for resolution.
- Utilize existing reporting tools to identify, investigate, and escalate inaccurate or incomplete transactions.
- Communicate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Client Solutions, Sales Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams to research and resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Analyze Order-to-Cash (O2C) inputs and identify inconsistencies that may lead to revenue or billing inaccuracies.
- Support Revenue Accounting by researching transactions and providing documentation necessary for financial reporting and account analysis.
- Gather and provide supporting documentation requested by external auditors.

An ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
- Around 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good to have knowledge of U.S. GAAP, specifically for revenue recognition topics.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Must have excellent communications skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships across the Company’s operations
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Experience with Great Plains, Salesforce, Workday, HighRadius and fluency in SQL a plus
