Job Description

The Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence (AR/MI) team plays an integral role in shaping how analysts and industry leaders view Sprinklr's solutions. This team is essential in establishing our market positioning, enabling our sales teams, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

 

Position Overview:

 

The AR/MI team is expanding to meet the rising demand for analyst evaluations and to streamline critical initiatives. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive **Analyst Relations/Market Intelligence Coordinator** (P2/P3 level) to join our team and support our strategic efforts. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in market intelligence, project management, and relationship building, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in analyst relations at a rapidly growing tech company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyst Engagement Coordination: Plan and manage proactive engagements with over 80 industry analysts, including scheduling inquiries, briefings, and in-person meetings. This will include managing all follow-up actions to ensure smooth and efficient communication.

 

  • Newsletter Publication: Oversee the monthly production and distribution of the “Analyze This” and “Play Bigger” newsletters, which serve as critical resources for Sprinklr's sales and marketing teams.

 

  • Project Management for Analyst Summit: Act as the project coordinator for Source25, our annual Analyst Summit, to ensure seamless planning and execution.

 

  • Quarterly Analyst Town Hall Organization: Organize the quarterly Analyst Relations town hall (SQuAD) to foster engagement and alignment with key stakeholders.

 

  • RFI Management and Historical Data Maintenance: Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and maintain historical data related to analyst interactions and engagements.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with an interest in market intelligence, business strategy, or analyst relations.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Exceptional business technology applications proficiency (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc)

Compensation Range

$83.000 - $110.000 - $138.000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
