Job Description:
The Analyst Relations & Insights Manager will support the execution of Analyst Relations & Insights activities by aiding in the management of daily operations across various projects and initiatives, including supporting evaluation responses, executing client co-marketing, and curating and distributing insights related to the analyst firms. This role reports to the head of Activation and Engagement on Merkle's Enterprise Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Management: Will aid in creation and own maintenance of AR and Insights libraries, helping to establish and maintain organizational standards and working closely with internal and external team members to ensure content currency and accessibility, including upkeep of the intranet page
- External Communications: Will lead coordination with the Social Media Manager and Project Manager to drive timely, high-impact announcements of key AR wins, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across channels
- Insights Curation & Distribution: Will build up to owning the curation, packaging, and distribution of analyst insights to internal teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and positioned for practical application
- Client Co-Marketing Leadership: Will help drive the creation and submission of client co-marketing initiatives including Flagship stories, case studies, awards, and speaking submissions, coordinating across client and internal teams
- Internal Enablement: Will develop and deliver assets and communications that equip internal teams — including sales, marketing, and leadership — to leverage analyst research for competitive positioning, thought leadership, and business development
- Analyst Relationship Management: Will aid in execution of strategic analyst relationship plans across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Everest Group, helping to manage briefings, inquiries, and research participation
- Evaluation Response Ownership: Will own substantive contributions to analyst evaluation responses — including IDC MarketScape, Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and Everest Group PEAK Matrix submissions — providing editorial support and cross-functional coordination, with increasing ownership of end-to-end evaluation workstreams and strategic positioning input over time
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, account management, business analysis, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams independently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with the ability to learn reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Light Design Skills: Ability or willingness to learn standard design principles to support delivery of impactful content, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$90,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
