Job DescriptionTHIS ROLE
The Analyst is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely preparation of regulatory reporting deliverables for allocated clients, ensuring compliance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. The role focuses on executing reporting activities, validating data, maintaining documentation, and escalating issues when appropriate, while collaborating closely with onshore stakeholders and operational teams to meet reporting deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs within a controlled and scalable operating model.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You'll prepare and deliver regulatory reporting outputs for allocated clients, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, reporting calendars, and quality standards.
- You'll perform data collation, validation, reconciliation, and input reviews, identifying and escalating anomalies, risks, delays, or exceptions as appropriate.
- You'll maintain accurate supporting documentation, evidence, and workflow records to support transparent, controlled, and audit-ready reporting processes.
- You'll collaborate with stakeholders to support client onboarding, new reporting obligations, management information, reporting metrics, and process analysis activities.
- You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing procedures and guidance materials, participating in training and knowledge sharing, and supporting ad hoc projects across the Regulatory Reporting function.
