We are seeking applicants with good experience in support and development of applications on IBM BPM, Java, Kofax & Lotus Notes.
Key competencies:
- Experience in programming and application design in relevant technology in a large complex IT landscape.
- Experience in the development and support of large-scale corporate applications, compliance with structured (waterfall or agile) development processes.
- Knowledge and experience of working with relevant technology and applications such as Java, BPM, Lotus Notes, KoFax etc.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
- Highly developed 'first principles' problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind-set.
- Ensure that adequate supporting documentation is prepared for software code in line with AZ requirements and standards.
