Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Process Improvement to join our growing team! As Analyst, Process Improvement, you will report directly to the Manager, Process Improvement. You will be responsible for future state process analysis, streamlining, simplifying, and improving customer financial services end-to-end processes, driving a continuous improvement culture, with systems & tools to drive productivity and a unified user experience. Come help us build the best and fastest fiber-optic network in America!

As Analyst, Process Improvement, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitating complex business and / or technical initiatives
  • Identifying, analyzing, developing, documenting, and leading complex projects targeted to increase efficiency or increase revenue
  • Identifying process improvement training needs and facilitating training deployment
  • Consulting with management on process project management and improvement
  • Identifying and implementing changes for process improvements
  • Providing staunch support for the overall management of customer financial services quality tools and techniques
  • Leading and supporting project implementation for Customer Financial Services
  • Project management of new initiatives
  • Ensuring operational readiness with new initiatives
  • Business case analysis to support process improvements efforts

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Process Improvement role
  • Work experience that demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, and schedule multiple projects to accommodate rapidly changing priorities
  • Be a "self-starter" committed to customer satisfaction/project delivery and able to respond to rapid change within the business
  • Strong customer focus, with an ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to create reporting mechanisms and processes that help leaders quickly identify and address business challenges
  • Reporting analytics experience, with ability to compile, review, and present trends and potential solutions to leadership team
  • Analytical mind which can process information logically delivering value added analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with appropriate detail, judgement, and discretion at all levels of the organization including senior management.
  • Relationship-builder and strong listening skills
