  • Coordinate with internal teams and custodians for accurate instruction processing.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements, especially client asset segregation (CASS).
  • Allocate cash and stock distribution from custodians efficiently.
  • Resolve payable and receivable claims, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
  • Perform root cause analysis on operational issues, offering solutions.
