- Analyze KPIs, operational data, and performance trends to drive measurable impact
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally automations or digital transformation
- A curious problem-solver who sees patterns in data and opportunities in inefficiencies
- Someone comfortable turning insights into real-world impact
- Team players who love working cross-functionally and making complex things simple
- Good knowledge of automation tools such as AlteryX
- Hands-on experience with SQL/ Python and Excel
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks or similar is an advantage
- Experience with BI or visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense)
- University Degree in IT/data analytics related field desirable
