We are currently seeking a Analyst - Platforms & Partnerships to join our Media Operations & Engineering team, based in our New York, New York office.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute and support successful AVOD, FAST, EST, TVOD, and select Content Sales launches and BAU workflows, ensuring assets, timelines, technical requirements, and partner specifications are met.
  • Manage content discovery, asset tracking, preparation, and delivery workflows, while maintaining accuracy and alignment with established best practices across the content supply chain.
  • Support triage, tracking, troubleshooting and on-platform verification of timely VOD asset publishing and takedown driven by license window start and end-dates.
  • Coordinate with PR, Marketing, Ad Sales, Awards, Programming, Media Operations, and Technology teams to support screening platforms, promotional needs, and campaign execution.
  • Fulfill requests for clips, reels, screeners, and promotional assets in partnership with Awards and Marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Manage asset creation, ingestion, validation, and uploads to internal and third-party screening and partner platforms.
  • Support onsite and offsite screenings and events, including troubleshooting and live operational support.
  • Execute delivery of programming to partners in accordance with contractual obligations, timelines, and technical specifications.
  • Support transition-related workflows associated with CTS, including adherence to new delivery processes and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor operational progress, identify risks or dependencies, and proactively escalate issues with recommended solutions to their manager.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational SOPs to support reporting, audits, and continuous process improvement.
     

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-7 years of experience in media operations, digital distribution, streaming platforms, or content-related roles (internships or contract roles included).
  • Basic understanding of digital video workflows and the content supply chain (assets, metadata, delivery).
  • Experience supporting or coordinating with cross-functional teams (PR, Marketing, Ad Sales, Programming, Operations).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency with content tracking tools, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately.

PREFERRED

  • Exposure to AVOD, FAST, EST, or SVOD platforms.
  • Familiarity with screening platforms, promotional asset workflows, or clip/reel requests.
  • Experience supporting events or screenings, including basic technical or operational support.
  • Basic knowledge of media file formats, metadata, or asset management systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced media or entertainment environment.      
     

The base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
