  • Suscribir las renovaciones a nivel nacional de las pólizas de beneficios para empleados.
  • Realizar benchmarking de las ofertas del mercado para cada cliente de la cartera.
  • Negociar precios y condiciones contractuales con las compañías de seguros.
  • Analizar la frecuencia, los montos y la morbilidad de siniestros y preparar informes de renovación.
  • Elaborar proyecciones y cálculos que respalden las decisiones de renovación y liderar proyectos para mejorar los seguros de beneficios.

Qué necesitas tener:

  • Título universitario en actuaria, economía, finanzas, matemáticas o carreras afines.
  • Conocimiento en seguros de beneficios y en procesos de renovación.
  • Excel intermedio (incluidas tablas dinámicas).
  • Inglés intermedio preferible.
  • Capacidad analítica para interpretar información e identificar tendencias.
