About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Miami team, covering Private Banks. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting platform operations, project management, client servicing, and the full lifecycle management of complex financial products.
This position is critical for ensuring the accuracy and smooth operation of our client technology. It requires significant cross-functional collaboration and the ability to work closely with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate delivery of services and the successful introduction of new features.

What you'll do

I. Data and System Integrity

  • Execute comprehensive data validation and quality control across all client-facing workflows and system components.
  • Ensure user access and entitlement controls are accurate, confirming personnel only view assigned information.
  • Conduct core system integration checks to guarantee data cleanliness, proper mapping, and consistency with source systems.
  • Resolve all identified data discrepancies and conduct final health checks prior to major platform updates or releases.

II. Platform Operations and Support

  • Manage daily system performance checks and provide effective troubleshooting for all incoming support requests.
  • Establish and maintain user accounts and permissions, ensuring security and proper authorization levels.
  • Develop a structured support process for early-adopter user groups, managing issue reporting, escalation, and ownership.
  • Create standardized system views and configurations to ensure consistency in team reporting and access.

III. Financial Product and Reporting Accuracy

  • Manage the full reporting lifecycle, preparing and distributing recurring issuance reports for clients and third parties.
  • Enhance reporting functionality to accurately handle and display divested or sold holdings.
  • Coordinate price discovery, validation, and contract interpretation to ensure accurate structured product pricing.

IV. Project Execution and Enablement

  • Serve the support channel, coordinating with development and operations teams to drive project completion.
  • Manage project tickets, monitor timelines, and assist in the planning and execution of new product rollouts.
  • Provide system demos to stakeholders and advocate for platform improvements based on user feedback.
