Analyst, Payment Solutions
Our Opportunity:
This position is responsible for the governance and daily operational support of the end-to-end life cycle of our gift card programs. In this role, individual will utilize problem solving and analysis to drive business outcomes and respond to franchisee owners’ inquiries. The role requires coordinating and managing offshore team members in execution of daily routines as well as dealing with escalations.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
Core responsibilities:
- Performing monthly reconciliations and journal entries for our Gift card program
- Performing root cause analysis and problem solving for any disputes and inquiries sent by franchisees
- Liaison with our gift card and banking partners to execute on tasks (e.g., merchant setup and logistics) and to resolve disputes
- Data analysis and reporting for core processes
- Managing team to ensure proper tracking and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Ensure end to end process SOPs are current and executed against
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Knowledge/experience working with and analyzing large data sets
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Basic Accounting knowledge for booking journal entries
- Experience in gift cards is NOT required, but a nice to have
- Should be customer centric, problem solver and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and have an ownership mentality
