Job Description:
- Processing Invoices - Executes process according to SLA’s & ensuring Accuracy.
- Has detailed understanding of processes (preferably Invoicing process) and SOP’s.
- Adheres to control.
- Has improvement to ideas.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Informs Supervisor about any process issues.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 2-5 years of AR experience (Invoicing, Collections, Cash applications, Credit, Dispute) process.
- Excellent in MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation.
- Excellent in AR systems & Process.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication & Soft skills(Email Etiquette)
- Team Player & Self motivated person
- Flexible to work in shifts (Shift 1 - 09.00am – 06.00pm; Shift 2 – 12.00pm – 09.00pm; Shift 3 – 06.00pm – 03.00am).
