Key responsibilities:
• Work with Collector on the analysis of the outstanding items and see if shipments involved were impacted by the Red Sea crisis.
• Review the list of approved waivers for Red Sea Surcharges and cross check the list with the outstanding items.
• Dispute invoices with incorrect Red Sea surcharges - Transit Disruption Surcharge (TDS), Emergency Contingency charge (ECS) and Peak Season Surcharge (PSS).
• Handle emails related to Red Sea surcharges.
• Get Paid update on disposition activities for invoices with Red Sea Surcharges.
Primary internal stakeholders:
• Team Leader / Team Manager / AR Manager / Collection Manager
• Collectors and other OTC related functions
Primary external stakeholders:
• Cross functional teams
Qualifications:
1. College graduate with bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2. With at least 1-year AR/collections background is preferred
3. Strong knowledge in MS Office especially in MS Excel
4. Knowledge in SAP is preferred
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English or vernacular, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
6. Strong analytical skills: account reconciliation experience is preferred
7. Ability to build relationships with customers and internal departments
8. Keen attention to detail
9. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Work Set-up:
• Willing to work in Pasig City
• Shift will be a permanent night shift, Mondays to Fridays (shift may start between 8:00PM to 10:00PM depending on team assignment)
• Willing to be under Hybrid Work Set-Up: Onsite work is minimum of 7 days per month (schedule per week may vary).
