ROLE SUMMARY:
The Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through team management, strategic problem solving, and efficient process execution. This role is responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing operation team, ensuring top tier customer service deliver, and optimizing inventory management processes. The analyst will conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies while upholding and enforcing safety standards across all activities. Acting as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, this individual will oversee and execute projects from implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse inventory management and control
Track and analyze operation efficiency measures
Lead process improvement and initiate change
Adhere to Distribution Process Optimization program standards and requirements
Ensure proper completion of daily load sheets and re-assignment of trucks to drivers
Verify accuracy of product receipts and shipments as stated on shipping papers
Audit inbound/outbound trucks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)
Strong analytical skills; must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
Technical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work the overnight shift as well as other shifts, weekends and holidays
