Analyst – Operations ROI will be responsible for handling incoming requests for medical records from patients, healthcare providers, and other authorized entities. The role involves ensuring strict adherence to privacy laws and institutional policies to maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information. The individual will manage and organize patient records while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. Additionally, they will verify proper authorization before releasing any records, acting as a gatekeeper to protect sensitive information. The position also requires strong problem-solving skills to resolve inconsistencies in patient files and address issues related to record access efficiently.

Qualification:
- Any non-technical bachelor’s degree (BSC, B-Pharma, B. Com, BA, Nursing, Life Science etc.)
- Experience: 1-3 years in any US Healthcare Process like Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM etc. Healthcare document retrieval experience will be an added advantage.
