Job Title: Investment Analyst – Nations and Regions Investment Funds (NRIF)
Location: Sheffield / London / Hybrid Working
(Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Up to £30,000 (Sheffield) / £45,000 (London) depending on experience
In this role, you will support the delivery and portfolio management of the Nations and Regions Investment Funds (NRIF) and legacy Regional Funds, helping to increase access to finance for ambitious businesses across the UK. You will work closely with fund managers, internal stakeholders and regional partners to monitor performance, support investment activities and ensure programme objectives are achieved.
You will contribute to portfolio oversight, fund manager reviews, reporting and analysis, while supporting the execution of legal documentation, investment allocations and programme governance activities. You will also help coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives and support the promotion of the funds across the Nations and Regions.
You will be able to demonstrate good analytical and organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have an understanding of debt and equity funds, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently. You will be comfortable working collaboratively, using data and insight to support decision-making, and contributing to continuous improvement within a dynamic investment environment.
