We are currently seeking an Analyst, Media Logistics to join our media operations & delivery team based in our New York, New York headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY 

The Media Logistics Analyst will be responsible for assisting Manager – Post Production in the incoming delivery and preparation of TSVOD content into the ADAM ecosystem. This analyst will also be responsible for managing AcornTV, Shudder, Sundance Now, and ALLBLK programming, along with theatrical film titles, in legacy systems as well as updating various tracking documents/airtables and maintaining the content management system to help support all new business services initiatives and maintaining relationships with external and internal parties. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage incoming deliveries of mastering and creative materials, per title delivery schedule and requirements from agreements. Advise suppliers of pending deliverables and seek confirmation for asset availability. Track, organize, and file licensor deliverables to relevant cloud storage(s) for various internal teams 

  • Supervise internal teammates in the UK for AME title deliveries, tracking and filing assets, and coordinating caption + subtitle jobs for shared teams 

  • Provide interpersonal connections with external delivery teams to ensure smooth receipt of assets. Maintain rolodex of frequently licensed delivery teams 

  • Analyze processes to enhance organization and productivity; implemented new post-house workflow to increase lead time of final deliveries to release dates 

  • Provide approvals for Physical Deliveries, and full delivery statuses for Accounts Payable teams 

  • Analyzing problems and solving via available tools: AirTable notifications, synced trackers for contract and confirmation clarification 

  • Advise on “earliest live dates” to scheduling VP’s for Acorn TV, ALLBLK, Shudder, and Sundance Now on need-basis. Communicate scheduling / material concerns to prevent release conflicts to relevant marketing and metadata teams, as well as scheduling directors and VP’s 

  • Coordinate with post-house for audio and video deliveries to supply for trailer projects, and localization teams with the addition of relevant paperwork. Assist with Acorn TV, Shudder, and Sundance Now Screeners uploads 

  • Manage 3rd party work orders and schedules for all TSVOD related brands for assets that go through 3rd party workflows 

  • Handle ad-hoc requests for various teams 

 

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred) 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience 

  • 2+ years previous programming operations-related work experience within a television network or film studio preferred 

  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and relationship building. 

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment 

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail 

  • Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines 

  • Critical thinker, always seeking new, more efficient methods to improve processes and workflows 

  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) 

  • Technically proficient in Airtable 

The base compensation range for this position is $58,000 to $64,000 commensurate with experience.
